Before starting his own sugar house, he spent years helping friends set up their maple woods, collect sap, and refine the boiling process. His enthusiasm for sugaring even extended into classrooms, where he taught others about the maple syrup making process. Today, his children actively participate in the family tradition—helping to collect sap, lead tours, and educate visitors about how NH Maple Producers turn sap into delicious maple products.
